President Muhammadu Buhari arrived this morning for a working visit to Lafia, Nasarawa State. During the visit, President Buhari commissioned several infrastructure projects in the state.

As the President visited, reports reported that heightened tensions in the Senate district of Nasarawa South had led the villagers to flee their communities.

These people were gathered in the area were besieged when 25 villages of the area were released by shepherds.
