Paper industry: Existing home sales report: June 2017 :REAL ESTATE

Recently, the National Brokers Association (NAR) released their Existing home sales report for June saw a decline, with total house sales down 1.8% since May, but up 0.7% year-over-year.

Single-family home sales also declined. Sales decreased 2.0% compared to May, but rose 0.6% yoy compared to the mean sales price increasing 5.1% over the same period.

The number of single-family homes declined unchanged from May at 1.74 million units, 7.4% below the level in June 2016, which together with the pace of sales led to a monthly supply of 4.3 months.
